The balm is all natural, harmless if ingested, and never contains any nut oils so it's safe for people who may have nut allergies. It contains: a beeswax base, palm kernel oil, sunflower oil, vitamin E oil,calendula, comfrey, and pure essential oils.

Calendula and comfrey are herbs that have been used medicinally for centuries and known for their healing properties. Comfrey contains allantoin, a cell proliferant that speeds up the natural replacement of body cells. Comfrey has been used to treat a wide variety of ailments ranging from bronchial problems, broken bones, sprains, arthritis, gastric and varicose ulcers, severe burns, acne and other skin conditions.
